We provide a detailed verbal analysis of the property–front to back–to the realtor and seller.

Silver Service Plan: Evaluation with Formal Written Analysis
After the walk-thru of the property, we provide a comprehensive report of our suggestions. Copies are sent to both the realtor and the seller.

Gold Service Plan: Tune-Up
After evaluation and written report–and before the first showing or open house–we return to fine-tune furniture & accessory placement and add professional finishing touches to the home.

Platinum Service Plan: Full Service Staging
This plan is designed for motivated sellers desiring a quick sale. Well suited for high-end properties requiring that extra polish, as well as homes with significant design issues. Huge benefits for furnished homes, but also perfect for vacant homes. Price tailored to each specific property.

Bronze and Silver Plans upgraded to either the Gold or Platinum Plans receive the first hour free.
